1. No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REDEMPTION DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By purchasing a license key or any associated service for Redemption, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or any other factor.
• You waive any right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute shall constitute a breach of these terms and may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and license.

2. Why No Refunds?

Redemption provides digital goods and services that are instantly accessible upon purchase. Once a license key is issued, it cannot be revoked, returned, or resold. The nature of digital products means that a "return" is not possible — you cannot return a license key in the same way you would return a physical product.

3. Free Tier Availability

Redemption offers a free tier that provides 5 runs per day with no payment required. We strongly encourage all users to evaluate the Software thoroughly using the free tier before making any purchase. This ensures you can verify that the Software meets your needs and functions as expected on your system.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare circumstances — such as duplicate charges, billing errors on our part, or if the Software is completely non-functional due to a fault on our end — we may, at our sole discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such review does not establish a precedent or obligate us to provide refunds in other cases.

5. Chargeback Policy

IMPORTANT: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:

• Your account and license will be permanently terminated.
• You will be banned from future access to Redemption.
• We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and provide evidence of your agreement to this policy.
