1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Redemption ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Software and delete all copies from your system.

2. Description of Service

Redemption is a Windows-based utility that modifies system and application-level identifiers to assist users in circumventing hardware-based bans enforced by Roblox's BanAsync system. The Software performs operations including, but not limited to: clearing browser cookies, flushing DNS caches, modifying registry values, spoofing MAC addresses, altering hardware identifiers, removing Roblox-related files and processes, and reinstalling Roblox clients.

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all actions taken using the Software.
• You will not use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that using the Software may violate Roblox Corporation's Terms of Service, and you assume all risks associated with such violations.
• You are responsible for backing up your system and data before using the Software.

4. License

Redemption grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPERS OF REDEMPTION DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Software will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Any errors or defects in the Software will be corrected.
• The Software will prevent or circumvent any bans, hardware identifiers, or tracking mechanisms employed by Roblox or any third party.
• The Software is compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF REDEMPTION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, system damage, or hardware failure.
• Loss of access to Roblox accounts, services, or platforms.
• Account bans, suspensions, or terminations by Roblox or any third party.
• Network connectivity issues or internet service disruptions.
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

7. Account Termination

The developers reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Redemption at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
